Formerly from New York, Christopher held the position of Property Management Director for Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed over 5 million square feet of Commercial, Industrial, and Retail properties. His comprehensive background includes strong support roles in Leasing, Acquisitions, and Construction Development, offering clients a well-rounded and strategic approach to their real estate needs.
Throughout his career, Chris has successfully partnered with various clients which included major investment firms, banks, private owners & investors, always prioritizing service excellence and attention to detail. Understanding that purchasing, leasing or listing a property is a critical decision for any business, Chris takes pride in truly listening to his clients; needs, exercising the care, patience, and diligence necessary to find the perfect fit.
Now rooted in the Gulf Coast community, Chris combines his extensive industry knowledge with a commitment to delivering outstanding results. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing, working out, spending time with his family, and is an avid boxing fan.
