Nick is the founder and sole principal of Corbett & Dullea Commercial Real Estate which he opened in the summer of 2003. Since then Corbett & Dullea has expanded into a full service national commercial real estate firm that specializes in both commercial leasing and commercial sales as well. Nick moved to New York City from his hometown of Boston in the fall of 2000 after graduating from Suffolk University Law School. He spent his first two years in the city as a real estate agent before making the move to open his own firm and never looked back. Corbett & Dullea & Dullea Commercial now has offices in New York City, Boston , and Miami, and is actively expanding into new markets as well.
Nick’s exclusive clientele include some of the countries leading tech companies, fashion labels, hedge funds, media agencies, film and television production companies, private equity firms, architectural firms and many others as Nick is one of the cities leading commercial listing and tenant rep brokers. He also offers a concierge custom Plug & Play office service that provides companies with completely turn key furnished office spaces. Nick’s diverse commercial real estate career spans from office to warehouse to retail to bar / restaurants to medical spaces, and beyond.
He owes his success to a tireless work ethic, and to developing personal relationships that are built on trust and performance.
Along with being a real estate entrepreneur, Nick is also a film-maker and professional actor, and has appeared in numerous primetime and daytime television shows, feature films, and on stage.
